Spent the day in the Black Hills,
visiting the Mammoth Site, where my kids participated in the junior
paleontologist fossil dig. Next we went to the dinosaur museum in
Hill City where Ed went into detail on some of the fossils there;
they really do have a remarkable collection. Last was Reptile
Gardens where we watched the snake show, alligator and crocodile
show, and the bird show. Grabbed some dinner to go and headed out to
Badlands.
